STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES
- Expand affordable homeownership programs by identifying opportunities in local and regional neighborhoods and setting goals for programmatic growth.
- Strengthen our Multi-Family Program by increasing capacity, pipeline and promoting our services.
- Build our rental housing capacity and create an independent cash flow stream by pursuing opportunities to invest in Mi Casa, Inc.-owned properties.
- Promote our consulting services to other regional housing and community organizations to share expertise and encourage the practice of community-directed housing development.
